Geoffrey Ely established SUREWELD in 1973 and began importing a range of welding equipment from Italy to sell through distributors throughout the UK.
SUREWELD became the exclusive agent in the UK for various Italian manufacturers.
Most equipment is still sourced in Italy although our extensive range of AIR TOOLS is imported from the Far East together with some welding products that complement our range.
We have the most comprehensive range of RESISTANCE WELDING EQUIPMENT (in stock) in the country.
Our product portfolio has evolved to reflect the changing demands and technological developments that have taken place during the last 35 years.
The company has remained small enough to maintain personal contact with all customers yet has the financial security to be able to carry large stocks of equipment and to respond to market requirements.
We own our premises in Rushden which are ideally situated on the road network to serve the whole of the UK.
We use 'Knights of Old' and UPS Next Day service for most of our deliveries. Goods are normally despatched within 24 hours of ordering and, if possible, on the same day.
