A leading fabricator in Southern Ireland, having been awarded a prestigious contract to manufacture assemblies incorporating a large number of M8, M10 and M12 Weld Nuts, needed to purchase two suitable Projection Welding machines with Poka Yoke capabilities and a Nut Feeder for M8 nuts. After discussions with several suppliers they ordered two SUREWELD PFP201 (100kVA) Projection Welders based on the machine features, price, availability and the ability of Sureweld to understand and provide for their requirements.
The machines, together with two Surecool 9C Water coolers, were supplied through one of Sureweld's UK distributors.
